At the end of June 2024, Mrs. Alissa - Deputy Director of Headway JSC was honored to be the guest speaker appearing at VIAC SYMPOSIUM 2024 – Cross-border Trade & Investment in times of Economic uncertainty: Disputes & Arbitration.

The event is jointly organized by VIAC (Vietnam International Arbitration Center) and USAID (United States Agency for International Development), on June 26 & 27, 2024 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi.

The meeting includes 4 sections, with 4 main topics, attracting the participation of guests and leading industry experts, promoting Vietnam's global integration, and using arbitration in resolving disputes in cross-border investment.

At the discussion, as a carrier, Ms. Alissa commented, "Commercial contracts are a prerequisite to protect exporters. Terms need to be clear regarding time, quality of goods, market fluctuations, limit arising risks such as abandoned goods, and effectively resolve legal disputes."
