(Headway and SGH Asia experts had an exciting kick off meeting)

On February 19, 2025, Headway JSC launched a workshop with the topic "Implementation of ERP system for the enterprise based on ODOO platform" to improve management efficiency and optimize the entire business process.

The event was honored to have the presence of technology experts from SGH Asia - a subsidiary of SGH Service AG, one of the leading data conversion service providers in Europe, along with managers and relevant departments of Headway.

At the workshop, experts clarified the important role of implementing an ERP system based on Headway's existing CRM platform, agreeing on the main goals:

• Get a better understanding of the business "flow" and advantages/disadvantages of current CRM.
• Request supplementation for analysis and implementation to the new system.
• Integrate ODOO with Headway's existing management tools.
• Update data fields (if any)

In particular, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated management system that helps  enterprises optimize operating processes and control resources effectively. ODOO is an open source management software that helps Headway deploy automation and integrate essential functions such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Accounting on a single platform.

The kick-off meeting marked an important step forward in the strategic partnership between Headway and SGH Asia in their journey of comprehensive digital transformation.
