(Headway Team enjoys a brilliant summer - A journey of connection and outreach)

Putting aside the hot Saigon summer, Headway JSC had a memorable vacation at The Grand Ho Tram. The entire team can comfortably relax in the clear blue sea water, enthusiastically participate in networking activities and exciting and emotional team building games.

“Be Greater Together" is the message that Headway wants to convey to all employees, if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a small step.

Through tough competition rounds, 4 teams must quickly decode the secret message to find the correct station and complete the task as soon as possible. With team spirit and great will, the teams devised optimal strategies and coordinated smoothly to bring the highest scores to their teams.

After all, the sun started to shine, the sweat flowed non-stop, and the final stretch became the most difficult challenge. No longer an individual competition, the four teams must work together, with the same ideals, the same determination, to create the most comprehensive Headway picture.

At the end of the team building activity, what remains in each employee are indescribable emotions, and memorable challenges faced for the first time, and that every challenge always has a way to overcome.
